Wajid has 16 years of experience in HR and predominantly in Talent Acquisition.

He has worked in several different industries and is an expert of core competency requirements for successfully managing roles in IT services, Healthcare, Engineering and manufacturing sector.

He completed his Undergraduate in Labour Management in 2004 followed by a Master's in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Madras in 2006.

His corporate experience includes HCL, Thomson Reuters, Vestas, Schneider Electric, Amazon & Navis.

He understands and executes end to end talent goals of an organization. His expertise in strategizing career progression with the changing market conditions and dynamic workforce has added immense value to the growth of each business vertical where he has worked.
