He is an active Coach and has been mentoring CEOs and Business Leaders over the years. Shekar is the Founder-CMD of Contextus Consulting Private Limited that specialises in all aspects of transformation with the goal of achieving business and financial performance excellence.  Their clients are from a diverse set of industries and sectors. These include large multinational corporations looking for agility, family run businesses that are transitioning between generations and founder led start-ups that are in early stages of development.
