Dr. Abha Bhartia

Drawing on her 20+ years of experience in L&D, Abha designs and facilitate customized training programs that focus on a range of topics, from soft skills to leadership development. Abha is well-versed in a range of learning modalities, including e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, and blended learning, and has a proven track record of delivering engaging and impactful training experiences.

With a deep understanding of the interplay between DEI and L&D, she is uniquely positioned to help organizations create inclusive workplaces that enable individuals to reach their full potential.

Abha holds a PhD from IIT, Madras, and her research explored the impact of Emotional social competence on the thriving at work. She works closely with clients across industries to understand their unique needs, and design DEI and Learning solutions that are tailored to their specific goals and objectives.

She is certified in Instructional Design and Train the Trainer by Carlton Institute, USA; NLP certified coach in Core Transformation and Metaphors of Movement for Senior Management; N.E.W.S Navigation in Organizational Development; and Harrison Assessment coach and facilitator.

She engages as a consultant for DEI and L&D with several organization such as BMW Plant Chennai, Diageo India, Hindalco, Rakuten India, IBM, Oracle India, Sundaram group, Naivs Software India, Murugappa group.

She is also a co-founder of WeMantra Consulting LLP. WeMantra, is a boutique DEI consulting firm founded with the aim of creating supportive and inclusive ecosystems.

She believes in inclusion and respect for all. Her work mantras are to Engage, Enable, Empower and Elevate and Continuous Improvement is the key to success. Besides her corporate work, she continues to engage with the academia through paper publications, conferences and guest lectures.
